So far in this TSTM course I thought it would have been a little difficult to understand what to do but all activity that I've been given up to this point is very helpful. In module 2.6 Learning and Performance Roles, Responsibilities, and Competencies activity was very helpful to me. The idea of Coporate university giving an extended hand on training people and preparing them for the workplace is excellent. I believe that if there was more Corporate Universities doing that a lot of people wouldnt have to look so hard for a job. Most jobs these days in time expect you to have training and knowledge before you start working, but if no one gives you the opportunity to work for them how can they expect you to have experience before working. Speaking personally for myself, I remember a few years ago I applied for a job with a manufacturing company. Basically, the only reason i didnt get the job because I didnt have on hand's experience. Corporate University would have prepared me for such a thing like that.
